Crazypaws provides various payment methods such as ATM remit, online credit card, and payment on delivery.
Is the payment successful? To confirm if the payment is done, please log into the order inquiry page. If the payment has been confirmed, the order would be stated ‘paid’ and your order will be shipped shortly.
Payment period? After the order is established, please complete your payment within 3 days. If payment is not received after 3 days, the system will automatically cancel the order. Please remember your payment period.
CrazyPaws online shopping products are delivered to customers through delivery service and within main island of Taiwan only.
Delivery fee? Delivery fee is free of charge if the sum is over 500NTD per order, regardless of object counts. If not, a delivery fee of 120NTD will be charged. If you have multiple locations for receiving, please make seperate orders. Once the order is established, online chages won’t be available. Please contact our customer service should you need to change your phone number or address. Please check your information and order again before you make payments for those cannot be corrected once the product is shipped.
How long will the delivery arrive? Products will be shipped out within 2 work days once payment is confirmed. Should there be force majeure such as lack in products, discontinued products or natural disaster, making deliveries unable to arrive on time, our customer service will notify you through phone calls and e-mails.
How to inquire an order? You can inquire your order in the order inquiry page by entering your e-mail address you used for the order, and the order number sent by system after the order is established. If you have not received your order number or lost it, please send an e-mail to the customer service mailbox. We will attend to your problems shortly.
Can the order be modified or cancelled? Due to the procedure of the system, once the order is established, it cannot be cancelled or modified. 7-day warranty period
According to regulation of Consumer Protection Law, products purchased through the internet provide a 7-day warranty period upon arrival. Consumers can replace the product for free or get full refund if the product is faulty, but the product must be brand new and intact( including the product, components, interior/exterior package, documents, gifts, etc.). If the product is consumable( ie.food) , or specified for non-refund on the product webpage, the product is not refundable; however, can be replaced if faulty due to the properties of product.
Please contact our customer service within 7 days upon receiving a faulty products. Product exceeding 7 days cannot be replaced for free or refunded.

Replacement and refund
For replacement and refund procedures, please call our service: (04)2241-0630, our customer service will attend your requirements. For other measure, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and state the product and reasons for replacement along with your e-mail address and bank account. We will attend your requirements as soon as possible.
If the payment was done with an ATM remit, we will remit the refund to your bank account within 7 work days upon receiving the faulty product. Notice that the bank account must be owned by the purchaser. If the payment was done with a credit card, we will cancel the purchase for you upon receiving the faulty product.
Crazypaws products provide a 7-day warranty period. However, to prevent contact disease, Cazypaws does not provide trial period. Replacements are not accepted after products have been unpacked and lacked in components due to usage. Please confirm your order on sizes and colors before you purchase.
